1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Motion Life (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, shop, checkout, customer account, support channels, and related services (the “Service”).

Our storefront is powered by the SellAuth platform and related payment, hosting, and support tools. Some data is processed by those providers on our behalf or as independent controllers for payment compliance.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:

  • Account & contact data — email address, username/display name, password hashes (handled by the platform), and profile details you submit
  • Order data — products purchased, variants, prices, currency, order timestamps, delivery status, invoices, coupons, and balance/affiliate activity
  • Support data — messages you send via tickets, Discord, or other channels, including screenshots or logs you choose to share
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, device/app information, approximate location derived from IP, referral URLs, and diagnostic logs
  • Usage data — pages viewed, clicks, cart events, and similar analytics needed to run and improve the shop
  • Payment-related signals — payment method type, last digits or tokens where provided by processors, fraud scores, and dispute/chargeback status. We do not store full card numbers on our servers when processors handle card entry.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Process orders, deliver digital products, and provide customer support
  • Operate accounts, invoices, tickets, balance, and affiliate features
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, chargeback abuse, and unauthorized access
  • Improve the website, products, and shopping experience
  • Comply with legal, tax, and payment-network requirements
  • Communicate about orders, security, or important policy updates

We do not sell your personal information as a product. We may share data with processors as needed to run the shop (see below).

4. Payments & processors

Checkout and payments are handled by third-party payment providers and the SellAuth commerce stack. When you pay, you may provide payment details directly to those providers. Their privacy policies govern how they process payment credentials.

We receive confirmation of payment success/failure, limited payment metadata, and information needed to fulfill your order and handle refunds or disputes if they occur.

5. Who we share data with

We may share information with:

  • SellAuth and hosting/infrastructure that power the storefront
  • Payment processors and banks for checkout, fraud checks, and disputes
  • Support tools (for example Discord) when you contact us there
  • Analytics or anti-abuse tools that help secure and improve the site
  • Professional advisors or authorities when required by law or to protect rights

If we contest a chargeback, we may share order evidence (delivery proof, IP/email match, support chat excerpts, product access logs) with the payment provider or card network.

6. Cookies & similar technologies

We and our platform providers use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember cart/currency preferences, measure traffic, and protect against fraud. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work if you block them.

7. Data retention

We keep order, account, and support records for as long as needed to fulfill purchases, provide support, prevent fraud, meet legal/accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention periods vary by data type and legal requirements.

8. Security

We and our platform providers use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and using a strong unique password.

9. Your choices & rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us through Discord or website support with the email used on your orders so we can verify you.

We may decline requests that are unlawful, frivolous, or that would prevent us from keeping records needed for fraud prevention, disputes, or legal compliance.

10. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

11. International processing

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where SellAuth, payment providers, or support tools operate. Those countries may have different data protection laws than your home country.

12. Changes & contact

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
